Registration information

This CASCA annual meeting is open to all interested persons (whether belonging to the Society or not) who register to participate. Please note that the presentation of posters is restricted to members or applicants for membership or temporary residents of Canada who are sponsored by a present member or other presenters invited by the Online Organizing Committee. Questions about participation may be directed to casca2020@yorku.ca.

Various activities associated with CASCA 2020 are described in the Table below. (Fees for activities are in Canadian dollars and do not include HST, 13%.) Once registrants have chosen their package(s) they will be directed to a separate secure website to process payment.

When you are ready to Register, click on the button below. You will be transferred to a separate secure, external site (Eventbrite) where your Registration information will be gathered and credit card payment may be made.

For those supervisors/organizations that intend covering registration costs for multiple participants and who would prefer one total invoice for reimbursement purposes, you are invited to purchase the necessary tickets in one session on Eventbrite and then forward an email to casca2020@yorku.ca signaling to whom each registration belongs. The LOC will edit the participants spreadsheet accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will only be available for registration (apart from a cancellation fee of $25) until 15 May, 2020. After this date no refunds will be provided.
